My Canoe Adventure

While out canoeing with some friends a year or two ago, I got the bright idea to try and grab the overhead beams of a bridge my friend and I were passing under. Missing the first leap, I felt challenged to try again...until the jerk of a canoe slid from under me and I was left stranded in the bowels of the bridge. I pieced together some short clips of the event and offer them here as an instructional how-not-to film.

Whenever I am supposed to be getting ready for Young Peoples' class, I dig my copy of this out of my computer desk and laugh away. It's way better than studying.

Why don't we tell the visitors of the other adventures on this journey. Like the boat tipping. My what a lovely day that was. By the way I still say you cheated on the race:)

Well, I was hoping nobody would bring that up. I still maintain that Jim was at fault for the canoe tipping.

Always casting the blame at others. But in this case, you just may be right. I think he's to blame for pretty much everything that goes wrong in this world. Only jesting.
